Mr Vincent Fayad, Chairman
Vince is a director of Lawler Corporate Finance Limited. Vince has acted for many medium to large enterprises in a variety of transactions. He has managed over 30 initial public offerings, as well as approximately 40 independent experts’ reports.
He has advised a number of private and public companies on the sale, purchase and financing of businesses, undertaken due diligence assignments for the acquisition of businesses, advised on shareholders’ agreements and shareholder disputes.

Mr Ho is currently a director of:

Mr Ho was previously a partner of Cox Johnston & Co, Chartered Accountants (since merged with Ernst & Young), an executive director with Arthur Yates & Co Ltd, non executive director at Brazin Limited, non executive chairman of Esperance Minerals Limited and St George Community Housing Limited. His extensive executive experience has included being Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer of the listed M. S. McLeod Limited group, Galore Group Limited, the Edward H. O’Brien group of companies and Volante Group Limited.
