Whitehead Project
Whiteheads Project (Gold) – 75% MBK
- project acquired by MBK from Hastings Technology Metals Ltd (ASX:HAS) in December 2025
- ~380km of tenements including 75% interest in the Whiteheads Gold Project JV tenements and other tenements 100%
- located 80km north of Kalgoorlie in a world class minerals province with several operating processing plants within trucking distance for toll treatment
- significant exploration upside supported by over 10,000 metres of historical drilling, extensive soil sampling, gravity surveys and geochemical programs
- systematic exploration program in progress aimed at fast-tracking early development options
- maiden MRE and scoping study in progress for the Seven Leaders prospect

The Whiteheads Project comprises a significant tenement package, including 13 exploration licences, one prospecting licence and 1 mining lease (not currently in production) covering approximately 380 sq kms, with walk-up drill targets, multiple prospects and untested surface gold anomalies. The ownership of the Project was consolidated by Great Boulder Resources (ASX:GBR) with Great Western Gold Pty Ltd, MBK’s wholly owned subsidiary, now holding 100% or 75% for eastern tenements subject to JV with Zebina Minerals
The Project benefits from excellent access via sealed and well-maintained unsealed roads, well-established infrastructure and proximity to operating mines, including Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX:NST) Kanowna Belle mine 40kms to the south. The project location also offers potential access to significant nearby third-party processing capacity, which could provide future pathways for toll treatment options.
The project has significant exploration upside supported by over 10,000 metres of historical drilling by GBR, extensive soil sampling, gravity surveys and geochemical programs, with walk-up drill targets, multiple prospects and untested surface gold anomalies.
MBK is currently undertaking a systematic exploration program aimed at fast-tracking early development options, with a maiden MRE and scoping study in progress for the Seven Leaders prospect.

Seven Leaders Prospect
The Seven Leaders prospect demonstrates structurally controlled mineralisation which outcrops at surface.
Drilling of the Seven Leaders prospect by HAS completed in October 2025 returned high grade gold results and confirmed strong mineralisation over >250m strike. The 32 hole, 1,222m drill program was carried out to confirm historical grades and mineralisation extents and provide scope for a modern JORC2012 Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE). Notable downhole intersections from 21 or 32 drill hole results including:
-
- 5m @ 15.17g/t Au from 27m, including 2m @ 35.55g/t Au from 28m (SLRC0014)
- 35m @ 1.94g/t Au from surface including 1m @ 18.05g/t Au from 33m (SLRC0005)
- 17m @ 2.17g/t Au from 17m including 3m @ 5.75g/t Au from 28m (SLRC0002)
- 26m @ 1.77g/t Au from 14m including 15m @ 2.58g/t Au from 23m (SLRC004)
Importantly, these drilling results have indicated strong support for gold grades and thicknesses greater than results from historical intervals and the deposit remains open along strike and at depth.
Entech (a multi-disciplinary mining consultancy) has been contracted for MRE and scoping study work, currently in progress.
Blue Poles Prospect
Located under 25m of cover, Blue Poles was discovered by GBR in 2020 (Refer GBR ASX Release 10 August 2020 “Strong gold hits in first air-core program at Whiteheads”), and demonstrates a broad, plunging cigar shaped shoot of gold mineralisation up to 45m wide over a strike extent of ~1km (Refer GBR ASX Release 13 August 2020 “New results extend Blue Poles gold discovery to over 600m” and GBR ASX Release dated 13 November 2020 “Blue Poles Extended to over 1km strike”).
Lady Betty Prospect
Lady Betty prospect was historically a high-grade gold mine that ceased production in 1950. It was drilled prior to GBR ownership with high-grade results (refer GBR ASX Release 30 August 2019 “Acquisition of Whiteheads Gold Project near Kalgoorlie”) and was further drilling by GBR in 2019 also with high-grade results reported ( Refer GBR ASX Release 10 August 2020 “Strong gold hits in first air-core program at Whiteheads”).
